It seems an impossible task to pull off, somehow getting all these non-believers on board to fulfill Biblical prophecy. But, non-believers actually have a much better chance of making certain these prophecies don’t come true than believers have in making certain they do. Yet prophecy continuously comes true.
Believers cannot force others to believe in, let alone take part in, something that they want nothing to do with. Yet, non-believers have willingly participated in things that align directly with last-days Scripture, regardless of whether or not they are familiar with or knowledgeable of the Bible, and even though they don’t believe in it.
When it comes to Biblical prophecy, nonbelievers are the ones fulfilling much of Scripture. Let’s break down some Scripture that perfectly describes the prophecies that are being fulfilled:
From 2 Timothy 3:
“2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good…”
“Lovers of their own selves”: people are more and more rapidly subscribing to moral relativism, the idea that each person decides for themselves what is right for THEM, without regard to what is right for others or society as a whole. The problem is that there are no absolutes with moral relativity because what’s good for one person might be really bad for another. If everybody judged for themselves what was right and wrong based on their feelings at the time instead of an absolute moral code, and if our legal system worked this way, then there would be no criminal justice system – and murderers, rapists, child molesters and thieves would go unpunished!
“Boasters, proud”: It’s not just God that doesn’t care for bragging/boasting – nobody likes a braggart. Yet somehow, we now have activist groups that are dedicated to boasting about and being proud of things that not too long ago, the majority of society still found morally unacceptable. Pro-abortion groups tweeted “Shout Your Abortion” and we have entire months (June, to be specific) as well as a flag and parades centering around gay “pride”. Both abortion (murder) and homosexuality were determined by God to be sins, and people are literally bragging about and proud of these things. Which is ironic in itself, being proud to be gay, considering gays are, according to gays themselves, “born that way”, which would mean that they themselves have nothing to do with the fact that they’re gay. There’s also a fairly new term called “virtue signaling” where many people tell the world what they’re doing if they think it makes them look like a good person. They also go the other route and bash people for their choices, claiming it makes them bad people even when there is no moral dilemma in their choice. Think masks, vaccines, Ukraine, etc. This has become such a thing that people fill up their Twitter bios with flags representing all the things they virtue signal about. And you – you must be on board or you’re a horrible person! You MUST support transgenders, you MUST believe that ONLY black lives matter – and yes, if you say anything about all lives mattering well, then, you are the enemy. You’re not good enough. You deserve to die if you don’t take a vaccine that is now proven to be killing people. Young people. You don’t deserve medical care if you don’t trust experimental treatments. If you question it, you’re labeled a hater!
“Blasphemers”: Definition: the act of insulting or showing contempt or lack of reverence for God. This can and does come in many, many forms these days or I would not be able to write this piece in the first place. Why is it only the Lord’s name people use in vain? Why not “Satan damn it!” or “Easter Bunny damn it!” Or “Oh my Buddha!”? The use of the Lord’s name in vain is nothing new, but nowadays it is commonplace to blaspheme God at every turn. People committed to deliberately antagonizing believers, calling God’s existence a lie, misquoting and misinterpreting Scripture and outright calling God a liar and the Bible a book of fairy tales.
“Despisers of those that are good”: There is an active call to ridicule, shame and demonize those who believe in God and try to live by God’s standards, or anybody who even by “coincidence” (in quotations because there are no coincidences when it comes to the moral code that was instilled in us by God) believe certain things are wrong. The pushers of the gay agenda even wrote about it in an *actual* marketing campaign that was devised in the eighties and designed to desensitize Americans to homosexuality, called The Overhauling of Straight America. A very specific strategy they used was bullet-point #5, “Make the Victimizers Look Bad.” “At a later stage of the media campaign for gay rights-long after other gay ads have become commonplace-it will be time to get tough with remaining opponents. To be blunt, they must be vilified.”
If that’s not enough, they had another trick up their sleeve:
And if THAT wasn’t enough, pull up a chair, grab a barf bucket and take a gander at what was printed in Gay Community News, February 15-21, 1987.
I don’t know about you, but to me this seems like the days of Noah 2.0. And THAT was back in the 80’s! Just think about how much worse it’s gotten since – I think they’ve fulfilled every bit of what they wanted to accomplish with their campaign and the manifesto – but we’ll get into that more in another post.
God’s judgment, end of days, men becoming what is described in 2 Timothy 3 – this is referring specifically to the people who have chosen to rebel against God. While EACH of us will be judged (including Christians), the end of days stuff is referring specifically to God’s punishment on mankind for not obeying him. And who disobeys God more than those who don’t believe Him or in Him?
In order for Christians to help these end-times prophecies come to fruition, we’d actually need to QUIT spreading the gospel, QUIT talking about God and quit trying to bring people to know Jesus. There are a lot of secular groups and individuals who would love nothing more than to shut us up, but if that happened we would be helping to fulfill these prophecies. It is no coincidence that the same people boasting about how they are “saving lives” by staying home and wearing masks during the COVID-19 pLandemic are the same people that closed down churches, and ordered that when the churches did open back up, no singing would be allowed. But, a true follower of Christ will not be silenced. Christians have gone to jail, lost their businesses, and died in the name of God. Have all Christians paid the ultimate price? Of course not…but there’s one thing that we’re all doing that I promise you makes Satan and his minions sooooooo angry they can’t stop…and that is praying.
We can’t stop “the end” from happening, because a society with free will, will unfortunately always exercise free will, leaving them more vulnerable to falling for Satan’s lies. But according to the verse below, it sure looks like this time can be extended with God’s forgiveness. But we cannot be proud and humble at the same time!
